Return and Refund Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please note all returns must be arranged at your own cost. In this instance, the goods will remain your responsibility until accepted at our place of business.
Once the goods have been collected and returned in their original condition, we will refund you to the original payment card. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please note that all are products are handmade and slight imperfections in the thread, leather and wood are to be expected.
Credit Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
These items need to be returned in their Leyla Gans original packaging, this includes all boxes, pouches, care cards and bubble wrap.
Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Make sure to keep products in their box. We will not accept items that are have been dented, crushed or worn unless they arrive to you damaged.
